The formation flight will show you the various formation positions while you can enjoy the views over the Hunter Valley Vineyards. The formation positions include line astern, line abreast and echelon left and right. You will also get to experience the thrill of a low level tail chase through the Brokenback Range followed by a simulated bombing run on a dam.
Then enjoy a high level return to base with Air Combat Manouvering (dogfighting), where you will battle it out in the skies chasing your opponent in the other aircraft. You will maneuver on the tail of the other plane whilst going through a series of aerobatic displays of twists and turns while they try and do the same to you. Then enjoy a formation “initial and pitch” back at the airfield.
